DOB Gallery is accepting submissions for exhibitions in the year 2011 (46th season). The competition is open from May 31st until June 30th of the year 2010. The DOB Gallery Counsel puts forward the final decision of the chosen projects for their exhibition. This call is for individual artists working in all media, as well as curatorial exhibitions/projects proposals. Participants must be under 40 years old, from Serbia and from abroad.

"The desire is to want" is a collection of intimate performances that reflect a set of performances on mass culture and media images. Artifacts are organized so that they describe a form of a personal space, but also inhabit images which vibrate in cultural clichés.

The two comic books, two stories, two author, the two kind of politics. TWO exhibition presents a selection of drawings from the comics. Two exhibitions - "Beograd", author Darinka Pop-Mitić and "Izaberite život II", Nikoleta Marković created during the two-year cooperation on the project "Testimony or about war and art" ,in which they tried to establish a relation to the events and changes in the local art scene in the last two decades.

Conceptual exhibition is open from September 21 to 24in Cultural Center Dom omladine Beograda
Conceptual exhibition devoted to criticism of the clergy - a corrupt clergy who do not perform their duties in accordance with job description, but abusing their position are subject to corruption, immorality and fornication, deal with the politics and stirring up nationalism, hide and support crimes and criminals. Given that the Church is "protected" and it is not allowed to freely and publicly criticize "those who represent God," this exhibition is pronounced criticism of the administration of the Church.

The project "Cosmic Harmony" is inspired by the phenomenon of the universe and idea of existence of relationship between the human eye and planetary systems. Sight directed into space and whirl of solar cities, creative network of Milica Živadinović stretches to unexplored area of the human eye in which universe is reflected.

Exhibition is open from August 25 to September 6at Gallery of Cultural Center Dom omladine at 7 PM
Models of houses of sand will be in the metal molds which are made according to the architecture of individual houses from Serbia, built in recent decades. The project develops into the entire village of sand houses. Sand is without binder, and so built houses are very sensitive and prone to breaking. Work therefore has no permanent existence, except during the exhibition.

The exhibition will be open from November 24th until December 6th, as previously assigned by the Board of Gallery for exhibiting season 2009. This call is for artists up to 32 years of age working in Serbia.
